Bookings - Bookings may be made by email, telephone or online
Deposits - Provisional bookings must be confirmed, accompanied by a 20% non-refundable deposit. Balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Deposit does not apply to late bookings, which should be paid in full.
Cancellations - To ensure a full refund (less non-refundable deposit) you must cancel your reservation at least four weeks prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation insurance is inexpensive and protects both you and us from the unexpected. If any unforeseen circumstance renders our accommodation unsuitable for let then we will refund all the monies you have paid to us in total.
Arrivals and Departures - The property will be available by 3.00pm on your arrival day and we ask that the property is vacated by 10.00am on your departure day to allow for housekeeping.
Cleaning - If you are staying with us for more than 1 week we offer a linen and towel change at the end of your first week if you wish.
Pets and Smoking - Sorry we do not allow pets or smoking in the property.
Personal Property - Your personal belongings are left in the property at your own risk
Vehicles - On-site parking is available for one vehicle with additional public parking very close to the property.
Payment - Payment can be made by Paypal, Internet banking transfer, cheque or cash.
We offer a daily rate of £70 - £80, depending on time of year. Guests can tailor their stay to suit themselves with a minimum stay of two nights.
